1. Who we are

Tallora is made and run by Salix Limited, a New Zealand company. You can reach us at info@salixtech.co.nz.

2. Tallora is in development

We are testing Tallora with our first pilot sites. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Each pilot is agreed in writing with the site before anything is installed, and that written agreement is what governs the pilot.

3. Counts are estimates

Tallora counts people with a sensor, and a sensor makes mistakes. Use the counts to understand your traffic: busy hours, quiet days, trends. Do not use them as the only way to meet a legal capacity limit, a fire or safety rule, or any other requirement where a wrong count could put someone at risk.

4. Dashboard links

A dashboard link is private to the site it belongs to. Keep it safe and share it only with people you want to see the numbers. We can replace or turn off a link at any time, for example if it has been shared too widely.

The demo dashboard shows a made-up shop with made-up numbers.

5. Using this website

Please do not try to get into parts of the service that are not meant for you, interfere with how it works, or send it traffic meant to overload it.

6. Responsibility

We work hard to keep Tallora accurate and running, but during the pilot we cannot promise it will always be available or always right. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the counts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand law that cannot be limited by agreement.

7. Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If we change them, we will update this page and the date at the top.
